Question / Help Game Capture Laggy

So when I record a game in OBS Studio with Game Capture or Display Capture, the video turns out laggy. I'm not lagging in the game, and the preview window doesn't lag either, but but when I look at the finished video it is incredibly laggy.

Try to run OBS Studio on NVidia card instead of intel, and then disable Multi-adapter Compatibility option in 'Game Capture'.

How do I choose which card I run it on?

Laptop? Black screen when capturing? Read here first. - old thread but we didn't have any better guide for such stuff.

And try to google a bit. Also, there was some info in the thread: Causing slowdown in Street Fighter V.

Log says you are still using intel's card. By the way, I suggested you to use nvidia, because you enabled Multi-adapter Compatibility option (usually, user enable this option if they got black screen and cannot capture).

Try to remove all scenes and sources (leave only game capture).

Last option is the Settings for Crap PC? - and he doesn't uses PC for gaming, only PS4 Remote Play.

Or select encoder: quick sync (intel), if available.

Thanks the settings from that thread worked. But I kept my output resolution to maintain the video quality.
