Game capture lagging

Hey! So I've used OBS for a while now, but a video I recorded yesterday seems to be lagging like crazy. OBS is set to record at 60fps and the game's fps counter is at about 80fps but still the video file is playing at around 5-10fps. I've tried to change encodings and video formats, no luck. The file that comes out of OBS is lagging aswell as the one's coming out of After Effects. Any ideas on how to restore this video?

Here's a link to a small piece of the video; https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BpMnsbOE908n_zZ4vyEhTWC_LWdrltyV/view?usp=sharing

Is it possible to fix this file or is it dead? And what does this mean exactly?

Thanks in advance

EDIT: I have recorded both before and after this file with the exact same setting without any problems
