Question / Help Game Capture issues with Win10 64bit

Hoping someone can help out as I'm at a loss of what to do next. Trying to get Game capture to work, but just getting a black screen. I've tried running both 32bit and 64 bit versions of the client. Tried running both as admin. Added obs .exe's to Windows defender which is the only antivirus running on the PC. I've tried running the game before and after launching OBS. I've tried "Capture any full screen application" and I've tried just selecting the window. I've tried "use anti-cheat hook" both on and off. As you can see in the log at the bottom, it can't hook. It was working in the past, now it just stopped. Sometimes it will hook on the first loading screen of the game then freeze after that. The same issue occurs with Dota 2 as it does with Black Desert Online.

Tried using regular OBS as well, still a black screen for game capture when trying to stream Black Desert Online.

having the same problems now too in obs studio. games tried are rise of the tomb raider, doom , black ops 3 and even snes emulator from retrochivments (snesx9)
obs has also become unstable

Solved my issue. FRAPS was causing a hooking issue. Been problem free since not running FRAPS.
