Question / Help Game Capture Issue

I originally had 2 monitors which were 1080p and 720p. I upgraded the 720p to 4k and since I have done that I am unable to get game capture to work for all but a couple games. I have removed the sources, tried additional scenes, and tried to fiddle with things. It just displays a black screen and doesn't display the game image. I have instead had to use display capture which obviously isn't as efficient. I have updated since changing as well.
