Question / Help Game Capture is getting stuck on a frame

I am trying to test my OBS after having a problem with it either not picking up my game or if it did it would lag atrociously. I finally fixed that but now it is getting stuck on a single frame while still getting audio and mouse movement. I am using game capture, and a browser source for streaming. It will run fine for a bit and then get stuck. I am playing The Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 2 and other games.
