Bug Report Game Capture has duplicate frames in fullscreen OpenGL game Devil Daggers

Hey guys I got this problem with duplicate frames when recording locally (and thus presumably also when streaming) the game Devil Daggers which uses OpenGL. The problem seems to be related to the game being fullscreen, as it doesn't happen when playing in window mode.

I'm using Game Capture in fullscreen mode as a source, here's the log: https://gist.github.com/anonymous/edbff8f9625b0a060a978b65475867dd

The recorded video can be downloaded here: https://mega.nz/#!q15mRKLK!_nCYNtDGdi2f_tk0_asVgEC1OulHTstUXqVXz6AfUn8

Another thing to note is that these duplicate frames only happen with this game, other games like Portal 2, or Super Hexagon (which is also an OpenGL game) work just fine as the video is smooth 60 fps.

Another bit of information: when using MSI Afterburner to record fullscreen gameplay of Devil Daggers to video (also using NVENC) it doesn't have this duplicate frames issue.

Anybody has an idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

This might not be an OBS related bug, if that is the case I'm sorry to have labelled it as such :)
