Game Capture - FPS drops

Hi everybody, i ll try to explain my problem in english as better as i can:

I ve found that my game capture drops some FPS, while the stats in OBS doesn't report me any frame drops (the 4 frame drops that u can see in the log are because of alt-tab while streaming). How can i fix this?

PC build:
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600.
GPU: Asus RTX 2060 Super EVO v2
MB: Rog Strix B450-F.
RAM: HyperX 16 GB, 2666 Mhz, DDR4.
HDD: 1 TB.
SSD: 512 GB, Gammix S11 Pro ( all apps installed here)
PWS: Evga 500B, 500 Watt

PS:i can easly play at 120fps at OW, apex, cod etc without drops in game.... and thx for the hlp :D

Seems the problem comes because a bottleneck caused by the CPU. I've made some test and my CPU run on 50/60%, while the GPU uses 90% of the resources to play at 120fps and stream at 60. Am i right ?
Switchin to software encoding and lower the fps in game to 100 will resolve the problem?
