Once I link a game to game capture the fps next to the cpu usage on OBS drops to below 30 not sure why this is happening

12 GB RAM
SSD / HDD
realized that the issue is only occuring when streaming APEX LEGENDS...
ANOTHER QUESTION: Should I be streaming x264 or NVENC with my setup?
