Question / Help Game capture displays nothing but black screen

my game capture displays a black screen instead of my game heres my log files however when I logged these files I didn't have the game running so the game capture wasn't capturing anything

I was trying to see if It would fix it but it never did and I forgot to change it back
wasn't meaning to capture edge but it still doesn't capture
 
Edge won't ever capture using window or game capture.

Try heroes of the storm or hearthstone (free games from blizzard)

Maybe your PC doesn't have the power to show the in-game action! (I had this problem with the beta version and also with some games that are very demanding, like Battlefield 1)

You should:
1 watch the tutorials and do a short stream test and watch the results
2 - lower your in-game and desktop resolutions and set OBS streaming resolution the same like your desktop's and game's resolution. Keep lowering the resoltuion untill you see the stream test results you want.
