Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen

Hey guys! I've been streaming for awhile and have had no real issues with OBS Studio at all, but I when tried to play a specific game (Diablo 3) it doesn't capture it, it's just black. But it's not every time, sometimes it works right away, sometimes it works after a few attempts of adding and deleting it or switch scenes but I feel like this shouldn't be an issue at all. It works with every other game, anyone know what could be causing this?

Your Scenes are flooded with Game Captures, please dont do that even if you have them all disabled. If possible always one Game Capture Source for each Scene, Overlays and all that stuff are global Sources anyway in OBS Studio.

Run OBS as Admin

Try running OBS as an administrator.

Also, check for these:
Conflicts with Game Capture: Other capture programs, Razer Synapse (disable heatmaps), graphics mods like ENBSeries and SweetFX, and any type of software or utility that displays an in-game overlay like EVGA Precision, MSI Afterburner, TS3/Mumble overlays, Dolby Axon, Raptr, Overwolf, etc. If you use D3DGear it must be uninstalled completely.

You should also update OBS Studio to 0.16.5 (or latest).

Edit: I took too long to post and didn't notice @alpinlol posted while I was typing. Cleaning up your scenes is also not a bad idea.

Deleted all other game captures and ran as admin, it worked the first time but I tried closing Diablo 3 with obs still up and loaded up D3 again and it isn't working again. I tried updating to 0.16.5 but it keeps saying failed cause of some win-capture.dll file couldn't load

Restart your computer, then run the installer. Either OBS was running when you ran the installer or the graphics hook is still stuck in something, probably a game.

When you are reinstalling it make sure to run the installer as admin as well

Try disabling the anti-cheat compatibility hook in the game capture source settings.
