Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen

Im trying to stream but when I try its just a black screen. Ive done everything from closing razer synapse, running OBS as admin, and making sure anti cheat hook is on. The game im trying to get to work is CS:GO. I know i can record by setting it to fullscreen windowed, and using window capture but I like to play at fullscreen at a 4:3 ratio at 1280x1040. I dont think that has something to do with it not working because I tried going back to 1920x1080 and it was still a black screen

Disable multi-adapter compatibility, though that's not the reason for a black screen.
Are you using sweetfx or something similar?
