Game capture black screen

I booted up OBS a couple of days ago planning to stream for the very first time. I had everything set up, all of it working and then everything went black. I no longer get a screen or game capture. I believed it to be a minor bug so I restarted both OBS and my computer a couple of times but still had the same issue. It's now been a couple of days with the same exact issue.

I've read the post about going into graphics settings and change to high performance, but that didn't work so what will my next step be? I'm

Seems like this issue has resolved itself, everything worked fine now when I booted up OBS a couple of hours later.
