Question / Help Game Capture Black Screen/Starting the output failed

Every time I select Runescape for game capture I get a black screen. Also whenever I try to record or stream I get a message saying, "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details. Note: If you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date. I just got this Acer Aspire 15 E5-575g laptop for streaming and I'm already running into issues. Please help...

The geforce 940mx does not support nvenc, you cannot use that for your encoder.

Thanks a lot, and I'm kinda new to the whole computer tech thing and I'm failing through google search, any idea what graphics cards are compatible with the Aspire E 15 E5-575g?

It's a laptop, there are no upgrades you can do to that component.
