Game capture black but i have audio

can't get game capture to work wondering if anyone has any suggestions, I've tried most of the go to fix on the internet but can't seem to fix the issue, any help would be much appreciated

lowkey i might jus use the audio from game capture and use window capture for the game, its ideal but it'll work for now
still open to suggestion tho
