Game Audio sounds low and bass boosted when using headphones

When recording a game while using my headphones, the Game Audio sounds low and bass boosted when using headphones. It doesn't sound like that when playing, only when watching the recording. This doesn't occur when I use my main speakers instead. I'm new to this and have no idea what I'm doing
