Question / Help Game Audio not syncing like the others?

Hello.
I'm having an issue with game audio for a particular game.
When I've been streaming all my other games (so far on ps4 & Xbox One), the audio has been fine.
But when I stream on ps3 (I can't remember if I have the issue on Xbox but I might) the audio is about 1 second behind or so.
Yesterday I did a stream again so I'll post the link here in order for you to know what kind of delay I'm getting.
I've been told some games require different audio settings or something... I don't know.
First, here's the link to my settings in OBS for Audio.

http://prntscr.com/d5irqx My audio bitrate is 160.

Here's the link to my stream video.

The game being played is Dragon Ball Raging Blast 2. On ps3.
I'm aware ps3 has different audio output settings... would that have anything to do with it?

You may need to run a delay on the video in obs to compensate.

I tried the delay & it made things worse. I don't know what else to try... Anything else you can possibly suggest?
I'm going to run a test for the game on Xbox 360 tonight & see if it has something to do with the fact that I'm using analog to connect my Elgato to my ps3, whereas with my other consoles it's all HDMI.
