Question / Help Game audio in multiple headsets

Can anyone PLEASE help me out? I've been trying to figure this out for a month and I am at a loss

I have an Elgato Game Capture on Windows 10, two Logitech USB headsets

I finally got it so that we can hear each other chat but only one of us can hear the game audio. How do I get the game audio to play in both headsets?

Windows is normally limited to only using a single output device for audio. The only way around this for your purpose is to use a program like VoiceMeeter Banana to be able to duplicate audio sources to multiple outputs. Keep in mind, this does come with some limitations, specifically with regards to audio delay (since everything is done in software above the windows audio layer).
