Question / Help Game and OBS Studio Quality perfect but output freezing like crazy?

Hello I have this issue with OBS Studio where if I try to record and I loo at OBS it records fine and if I look at my game I have no lag but after I'm done recording and I look at the video itself it freezes like crazy and completely unwatchable.
SPECS:
Windows 10 Enterprise
AMD Athlon(tm) X4860K Quad Core Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
8 Gigabytes of Ram

I will gladly give better spec info but You'll have to show me how to get there.

Someone please help. Any answer appreciated. Thank You! :)
