I use it with my PS4 and my laptop for OBS. As you can see the mic and headset are plugged into the capture card itself, plugging them into the laptop directly doesn't work or just gives echo and latency issues with sound. I followed the set up manual that came with and apparently no one else who bought this has this problem...
Here's a pick of what i mean. The desktop and Mic/Aux audio basically the same: Both game and mic sound, but game way too loud.
