Question / Help Game: 50fps+, video: 0-2fps >> PLEASE FIX!

So once I had obs studio 0.16.5 and it was great! Then I deleted it because I stopped youtube.
Now that I started recording again I decided to get the exact same version and stuff, so I did..
When I was playing the game I got around 40-70fps, but when I play it back it is really laggy and only changes frames every like 15 seconds....

because new versions make it worse, they make it freeze instantly.

UPDATE:

I reinstalled to 0.18.0 and..
IT WORKS!!
its a little choppy, but ill just enlarge my fps :)

Same problem, I'm going to install the version 0.18.0
