Fuzzy Video Quality on OBS

Hello, I am new to OBS and I want to know why my recording are sort of fuzzy and not clear. I tried tangling things with encoders and quality of video but nothing seems to work. I will be GLAD if anyone provides any kind of help to solve this.

The log file has no actual recording session on it so you can't tell anything about it.
McAfee is more like a malware. Completely remove it. As far as you have good behavior online you don't need any antivirus more than the one that came with Windows.

Will that fix OBS? What does McAfee have to do with OBS?
