Hello, I have a new computer with components:
I5 7400
GTX 1050ti 4GB
DDR4 8GB
I want to record on fullhd (1080p) and 60FPS. But OBS still gives me a blurry image like 480p60. Even with bit rate 130000. I set something up a bit, but nothing happened. Solution? Weak hardware?
