Question / Help Fuzzy audio when streaming / recording

Having issues where there's a strange fuzzy/clipping noise in the background when running. I am using a 3.5mm 4 track mixer board and have it plugged into the line in on my streaming PC. Im thinking im going to need a usb mixer to fix this problem but dont want to spend another $150
