Hello,
OBS 31.0.3 on a Win10 host. Desktop capture works fine however when I replay the video (doesn't matter if I capture as mp4 or mkv) I see the following from about 2 seconds in until about 4-5 seconds in. I've tried various setting changes, video encoder, etc. This only started happening with this newer version. Previously I was on 28.x, I believe, and didn't see this. Also including my Output settings.
I also searched around online and on the forum for similar issues but wasn't able to find anything. (Granted it's hard to search for "weird fuzziness briefly"). Any pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!
