Question / Help Fullscreen

I have two screens, one is my primary display on which I play the games, the other is a secondary display in which I have OBS Studio open so I can see it all the time.

In OBS Studio I have set up a scene with several sources which are neatly stacked next to each other in the preview window (webcam capture, a text box and of course, the area where the game is displayed) and while I want to play the game in fullscreen on my primary display, I want the window capture (using window capture because I can't seem to capture emulators like Jnes or Snes9x with game capture, or I haven't figured out how to do that yet) to remain in a cropped and re-sized state in the scene in OBS Studio on the other.

Now, this used to work in the old program, but everytime I open up a window-capture in OBS Studio and then go fullscreen on the primary display, it does the same on the secondary display as well; expanding the area in which the game is displayed and effectively covering most of the other sources in the preview window as well.

How do I make it so that switching the actual game to fullscreen on one display doesn't affect the scene in OBS Studio on the other? I know it was possible in the previous program.
