Fullscreen projector has low fps (30fps?) but non-fullscreen has full 60fps.

Hi,

I noticed that my fullscreen projector (preview) randomly gets stuck on 30fps. I exit fullscreen and the framerate returns to 60fps. When I exit OBS and open it again, the fullscreen projector returns to 60fps. What's going on? My use case is using OBS as live preview for my console.

I have an Elgato 4K X connected to PS4.
