Full Screen Projector (Preview) Problem

Hi guys, i need help with the Full Screen Projector (Preview), when i used it on Capture Card (Elgato HD60s+), i got Vertical Screen Tearing. But if i used Fullscreen apps/games on it, its fine and not getting any Screen Tearing.

The question is how to fix this issue?

i solved this by going to NVIDIA Control Panel, and set the OBS vsync to ON from 3D Application Controlled
