FULL SCREEN PROJECTOR FRAME PROBLEM

I broadcast from the FULL SCREEN PROJECTOR,

At first Start, it maintains FULL SCREEN PROJECTOR 60fps,
but after a certain period of time, it drops to 30fps and returns to 60fps repeatedly.
When watching youtube stream or actual game screens, the screen maintains a smooth 60fps.

In Full Screen PROJECTOR it is not constant. Is there a way to maintain 60fps?
