Question / Help Full one-second lag during gameplay. No recording in progress.

I just recently downloaded OBS (about 2 days ago) and I got everything set up.Ran the setup wizard, applied all recommended settings, etc. I can hear audio, see video, and use everything as normal EXCEPT, during regular gameplay, before even recording, I have at most a one-second lag between the time that I hit a button on the controller before the intended action is carried out on-screen. I tried a test stream yesterday and it came out great quality wise but I still had pretty significant lag going on.

Just did another test. Lag seems to be a BIT better, but not by a whole lot.

Log file has been uploaded. Any help would be appreciated.

Rendering lag caused by GPU overload. Suggest dropping framerate to 30fps.

When you say delay, you mean between taking the action on your screen and seeing it in the preview window? Or seeing it in stream output?
