Question / Help FS Display Capture goes black, Windowed works

Hello, so I'm trying to set up a scene in OBS of Destiny 2 and whenever I load up the game in full screen mode the Display Capture source goes black and stays black even when I alt tab out of the game. I tried loading the game up in windowed full screen mode and the problem does not happen BUT leads to a pretty significant FPS decrease in game. I am running a second monitor and the problem persists whether I run it through my GTX 1060 or the integrated graphics card. I have read that choosing integrated graphics for OBS through the NVIDIA control panel will resolve the issue but under "3D Settings" I only have "Select a Program" and "Specify the Settings" fields, no option for integrated graphics (yes it is enabled in my BIOS.) I have 2 logs, the first is me starting OBS with the game already open and pulling it up to full screen (not working), the second is after restarting OBS and then pulling the game up in windowed full screen (working.) Could this all stem from outdated hardware? I will be upgrading with the next month or so but when I fresh installed Windows 10 about 2 weeks ago, full screen was working... Any help would be appreciated.
