Question / Help Frozen Frame / Audio Works

I only get this on two games so far. It will freeze on a frame while streaming, but the audio is still going with out a problem. So a viewer comes in and sees a frozen image on the screen, but can hear us playing and talking.

I get this in Battlegrounds and Diablo 3. I have several other games I stream and do not have any issues at all. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this?

I am also having this problem. My PC is an i5 processor, 6th generation, 8 gigabytes Ram ddr4, GeForce GTX 1060- 3 gigabytes. I was playing Hearthstone. Can you help me, please?

PS: where do I find that log file?
