Please help me figure this out. This is a fresh OBS install with MINIMUL plugins compared to my old OBS. It was working fine up until today and is crashing NON STOP.

A crash report is needed too.
Normally when something isn't working correctly on OBS is caused by a plugin, the GPU driver, other drivers, etc.
Make sure the plugins are updated and compatible with the OBS version you're using.

Run OBS in safe mode and see if it works as intended. Some plugins may cause a crash even in safe mode.
Also, please review and follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer: https://obsproject.com/tools/analyzer?log_url=https://obsproject.com/logs/rRNkAOqxBiXCLOms#logURL

Thank you. Im doing what I can to pin point what it is. I will say no Crash report is made so I cant get that in. However I did upgrade from an Nvidia GPU to a AMD and I did forget to take out a lot of active plugins requiring NVIDIA and plugins i no longer have. Im going to check if it still does it come back when If I get something

If you didn't uninstalled the nvidia driver, now is the moment to do so.
You need to use the DDU app: https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
  1. Launch the program.
  2. In the Options window that appears, clear all the checkboxes except those in the "NVidia Specific Options" section.
  3. The checkboxes in the "NVidia Specific Options" section should be left as is: all except Remove PhysX are highlighted.
  4. Click "Close" in the "Options" window.
  5. In the main program window choose "GPU" in the "Select device type" line.
  6. In the line "Select device" select "NVidia".
  7. Press "Clean and restart" button.
  8. Wait until the program finishes. The program will automatically restart your computer upon completion.
