Question / Help French language translator audio channel

Hi,

Wondering if anyone knows how to remove or mute an audio channel?
We have an SDI line connected to a Blackmagic UltraStudio mini Recorder.
The main audio also includes a French translator's audio.
We need to mute the French translator so that the recording only includes the main audio.
This was easy enough using Wirecast (we mapped the audio channels and switched off the channels with the translator).
This process doesn't seem so straightforward with OBS.
I've tried switching off the "tracks" and also tried setting the audio to 7 Channels, but I can't seem to find anything that allows me control over the specific channels.
Any help would be appreciated.

OBS cannot do this. OBS is a stereo program that also supports surround audio. It does not natively support multichannel audio.

I use LoopBack for this. It will let you create a virtual audio device with your SDI capture device as an input, and manually map channels. OBS can then capture the virtual device.
