This is starting to bug the hell out of me, I have been though so many settings that it is insane. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO STOP THE STREAM FROM LAGGING/BEING CHOPPY/SKIPPING????

Your CPU can't keep up with the current settings on your encoder.
