Question / Help Freezing/Lagging

Hello, I have a Intel Core i5 6500, 8 Gigs of Ram & an amd radeon hd 6800 series.
When I try to record on OBS Studio It either freezes or continuously lags.
I've been mucking around with the setting quite often but I don't seem to get the right settings, anyone know how to NOT get lag/freezing? I've also uploaded an image of my speedtest. Thanks for reading

Simple settings
REcording quality Indistinguishable
Encoder x264 low CPU usage
Format FLV

Thank you that seemed to work really good, do you have any good streaming options as well? Because that is buggy as well
