Question / Help Freezing issue

Im running an IP-camera stream trough OBS but image keeps freezing. If I delete the media-source-path and restart OBS then paste the path back it works again. Any ideas?

Just link pastebin logs, don't screenshot them please. There's no way to search or copy paste out of them.

Also having freezing issues when i’m Live streaming on Facebook. My speed test is good . Any ideas on what it could be ?
