Question / Help freezing and no audio

I've had no issues streaming for the longest time, however now I do. It might have something to do with me recently using restream to stream to both youtube and twitch. Basically my problem is I am now streaming to just twitch, and the local file recorded works perfectly fine. The actual stream doesn't have any of my audio even though it shows my mic has levels, and it constantly freezes. Any idea what setting I have messed up? I even reinstalled obs. Thank you in advance for any help!

Why are you trying to stream 320 audio bitrate? Put that back at 160 and stop watching bad youtube guides.

Because encoding audio is not as simple as most people think it is, and using higher bitrates without understanding why can cause a host of performance and compatibility issues. It's generally not a good idea to change settings based on a guide that doesn't explain why, in detail, and the consequences of changing said settings.
