Freezing and lagging.

Hello, once you will read my problem I hope you know what's the exact settings for it. I play Roblox, I want to record my gameplay while talking, when I tried OBS. I tried to record and it wasn't laggy but one I start watching the video, it freezes/lags. It played for 1 sec and then as it goes on it just lags, and freezes. It's very annoying specially because I want to record videos, post it on my youtube channel but who would like a roblox video that freezes and lags? .

Here is my PC Specs:
Processor: Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-4030U @ 1.90GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 4.00GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System , x64 based-processor

Please reply, if you know a fix and a exact good settings for it, Thank you.

Here is my log file if needed:

Your computer is slow for some functions.

Try this first before making any changes in OBS

1. Go to YouTube, play a 4K video in full screen even if you don’t have a 4K monitor. Did it lag? If does try all the resolution until one play smooth.

2. Now you know what resolution play smooth. Change the resolutions of OBS. Do that on the Settings + Video. If you have a 1080p monitor, make sure the Canvas is 1920x1080p and the output as well.

See my video on youtube how to get the other settings right: https://www.youtube.com/c/InteractiveDNA

1. Using Windows Update, update to Windows 10 1909 or 2004 if available per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers
2. Run OBS as Admin
3. At least one of your audio devices has a sample rate that doesn't match the rest. This can result in audio drift over time or sound distortion. Check your audio devices in Windows settings (both Playback and Recording) and ensure the Default Format (under Advanced) is consistent. 48000 Hz is recommended.
OBS Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
Speakers (Realtek High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz
Condensed Microphone (Realtek High Definition Audio): 48000 Hz

To fix this, go to OBS Settings, Audio, General and set the Sample Rate to 48 kHz
4. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
5. Your system is below minimum specs for OBS to run and is too underpowered to livestream using software encoding. Livestreams and recordings will only run smoothly if you are using the hardware QuickSync encoder (via Settings -> Output).
6. Your log contains no recording or streaming session. Results of this log analysis are limited. Please post a link to a clean log file.
To make a clean log file, please follow these steps:

1) Restart OBS as Admin.
2) Start your stream/recording for about 30 seconds. Make sure you replicate any issues as best you can, which means having any games/apps open and captured, etc.
3) Stop your stream/recording.
4) Select Help > Log Files > Upload Current Log File. Send that link via this troubleshooting tool or whichever support chat you are using

Ok, what video would it be, you have lots of OBS Videos.

What the video Step 3. Look how I sett my settings up. I can not share videos here anymore. I can only say my Name and search on YT. The thing is you can not help people with just text and pictures. Videos is super fast and straight to the point.

4. Record to FLV or MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable.

If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window or enable Auto remux in the Advanced Settings.
