I'm new here and this is my first post. I have the same issue like most people here and that's freezing and crashing. My 2020 cpu laptop crashes and my I 7 freezes. I'm trying to steam my ip camera. My internet speed is 300mbs download and 100mbs upload. I've tried all kinds of configurations and same problem. I've searched the web youtube there's a lot of a fixes, but nothing seems to work. Hope this log helps.
