Question / Help Freezing after streaming for a few minuets.

After streaming for a few minuets my OBS will decide to freeze. My OBS freezes then my stream goes offline on twitch. However OBS still says streaming, its just frozen. When i try to click stop streaming. It'll change to stopping stream.... but never actually progress. It just says stopping. I reset the client and it works fine for a few minuets till the cycle happens again.

troubleshoot info:

This started roughly 48 hours ago

I haven't recently changed any OBS settings
I havent recently changed any PC hardware
I haven't recently downloaded any new software (expect a recent windows and norton update)

Previous to this happening, OBS has been running fine and my streams have been having no issues.

What i've tried:
Running OBS in admin.
Restarting OBS
Restarting PC
Restarting router (idk why but i tried it.)

Content i've been streaming
Call of Duty
Paragon
Black desert online

Tried to give as much info as possible for help. thanks in advance.

This looks like an issue with the Windows 10 Anniversary Update. You can read more about it in this thread.
