I am currently having the problem that OBS freezes for me when changing settings, especially drop-down menu's or after browsing for a file. I am forced to close OBS through task manager in order to do anything. I can often do a few things before it frreezes but sometimes it freezes immediately.
If the only problem was having to restart while configuring I wouldn't mind but I also can't add images in a Scéne because it instantly freezes after selecting the image to use.
