Question / Help Freeze picture after couple minutes.

Hello. Can somebody help me with some issue.
I try to stream mafia 3. But after couple minutes the stream is freeze. After this I can't close the Obs window and i need do "end task".

Thank you. I deleted KB3194496 update. And it works! Windows struggle against us?
