Question / Help Freeze Frame

There was a thread posted about this, it was old, in the OBS Classic, but I'm interested in something for OBS Studio:

Is there any way to set a hotkey to freeze all VISIBLE sources?

I have an additional source that would then, when activated by hotkey, become visible and play a small video over the other frozen sources.
