Freeze every couple of seconds

Hi,
I've been using OBS for around 1 month since Mixer got shutdown and I've having freeze every couple of seconds.

Now my internet speed is around ~70 Mbps download and Upload speed around ~5 Mbps.

It’s your connection/bandwidth not being able to keep up with what your trying to push to it

Are you watching the stream or using any other internet connected device/programme while you stream ? Also you have to account for how much bandwidth the game it using, although it’s small, with only 5 MB to play with it all comes out of the same budget

Yes, i do watch my stream, but it uses a download stream not upload i have 100mb download, so what you suggest bro?

Your still sending a response in any internet application, it may be small bud when there not a huge amount to play with in the first place it all counts, try not having it open while streaming and watch the stream on a separate network, like your phone without WiFi on, and see if that makes any difference
