Question / Help Freesync Capture Issue

I can not capture in windows borderless in OBS. If I turn freesync off it works but with freesync on, it freezes the capture on a the last frame. (multiple games, not specific) Any ideas?

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set game to Borderless Windowed
2. Freesync On, unable to capture (freezes on a frame)
   1. Tried capture game, capture desktop, capture window
3. Freesync Off, capture works!
   1. Tried capture game, capture desktop, capture window
4. Set game to Full Screen
5. Freesync On Full Screen, capture works!
   1. Tried capture game, capture desktop, capture window

Any ideas or inputs? Forgot to mention I am using NDI to send over to a 2nd PC but still occurs when using a single PC.
