Hello, All.

First time here on the forums. Just need to solve this issue mentioned in the title.

Here are my specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20 GHz
16.0 GB (15.9 GB usable)
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Windows 10 Home
NVIDIA GeGorce GTX 1070 (I know, it's old but I can't afford a better one)

Below is my current log from OBS Studios.

The log file is cut short. Please upload a full log file with a full session. This means, start streaming, test the scenes as you normally do the stream, stop the stream, upload the log file.

Do this.
Run the Auto-configuration Wizard (tools menu) and apply the settings it gives. Do NOT change anything. Restart OBS (!important)
Now, without changing anything, test it as is.
Look in the recording quality settings and change the preset to a better one. Test it. As long your hardware can handle it it will be fine.
Stay on simple output mode.

You may need to update the GPU driver but before you do test it as is.
The nvidia installer have an option to do a proper installation (remove old driver, install new) but you can also do a clean instalation: https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/performing-a-clean-gpu-driver-installation.65/

The antivirus can be an issue too. In some cases is the cause of the issues. The only way to know if this is the case is completelly uninstalling the offending app.

Thank you! I have the program called "Driver Easy" to update my drivers if that is okay. It is currently updating my drivers as I post this message, so I'll do another test tomorrow night. The auto-configuration really helped and my logs shows positive results. However, the frames will be missing / skipped if I boot up the "Voice Ai" program. l was wondering if there is any way to prevent that from happening.

Here is the logs without the Voice Ai program running:

As you may noticed with the Ai program running you have rendering lag but not without it. You have to ask them about it. Make sure te let them know you're using AVG antivirus.
Also, you keep using advanced output and I asked specificaly not to. Looks like you not even run the Wizad. Do all over again and please stay on simple output.
You don't need the advanced output at all.

And disable the dinnamic bitrate in advanced settings.
I don't tust on any program to do the drivers update so I can't tell you if what you did is good or not.

Sorry, it seems like I skipped a few steps as you mentioned the first time. I did do the auto-configuration but I guess the logs didn't show. Here is the currently logs after doing so and test streaming.
*I forgot about turning off the hard-acceleration settings on Windows 10. Turned it off after the stream was finished, so I'll test it again tomorrow night.

If turning off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling does not resolve the issue, disable Psycho Visual Tuning too as that uses additional GPU.

Yeah. I just tested it without Hardware-accelerated GPU. It's very good now. I just need to speak with the developers of Voice Ai and see why it's ramping up my GPU usage.

Here's the logs to show how good it's doing. Thank you to both PaiSand and qhobbes for the help.
