Question / Help frames missed due to rendering lag

I need to help to fix my problem. Getting OBS frame drops a lot when streaming.
i try to stream 720p60 and it has worked a well but in couple days those problems started and i don't know what went wrong.. and i already cap frames on ingame with vsync https://gist.github.com/c6efb6bd4f06cea4021feb5848f76577
