I have been using OBS for both video recording and streaming for around a year now on the same settings. I have recently starting having issues with frames missed due to rendering lag even when OBS Studio is sitting idle with no game capture or video capture devices even running. I have tested everything, checked all drivers, ran tests on my GPU and this problem is still very present.
