Question / Help "Frames missed due to rendering lag"

I have attached a log from when I was testing a game. I have even reset my pc with a clean wipe of everything but the frames are being dropped and missed due to rendering lag. I have tried to search the forums but some of them do not have any solutions. I have also checked to make sure the game meets my requirements and it definitely does. I have updated my graphics driver but that just made my PC even slower which led to my reset. Also, I have tried different servers and lowering my bitrate. I would appreciate any help given, thanks!

Processor: AMD A6-6310 APU, AMD Radeon R4 Graphics 1.80GHz
RAM: 4GB

Reduce your base resolution to your output resolution and scale your sources manually.
Thank you, that seems to be working for me (only a few frames but they decreased), but apparently I did a little testing with the server and at the moment it is on auto. Is there a way for me to see what server it is using? Because when I choose my own server, the render lag starts to come back, but I am not even sure if that's the problem!

Edit: is there anything else I am able to do about redner lag is this is most likely a temporary solution?

Rendering lag is not server-dependent. If the lag in your stream is caused by network issues, it will identify them as such in the log.

This is GPU lag:

18:15:13.954: Output 'simple_stream': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1212 (11.3%)

This is network lag:

18:15:13.954: Output 'simple_stream': Number of dropped frames due to insufficient bandwidth/connection stalls: 345 (3.3%)

The first is affected by your video settings and the content you are capturing.

The second is affected by your network performance and, presumably, what ingest server you choose.

To select the best one use TwitchTest or just set to auto.

Thank you for explaining this to me! it'll be helpful for when I am trying to troubleshoot later. Sadly I am still having frames drop but of course I will just need to upgrade in order to stream because my gpu is very weak.
