Frames missed due to rendering lag / skipped frames

hey i have this problem since just 2 days i have a high frames missed due to rendering lag and skipped frames due to encoding lag
i have tried everything to fix it and just got nothing
i changed the setting to the lowest thing and still have the same problem
i have a good pc and good internet so how i can fix that
